Clinical Nutrition, classically trained Chef, journeyman herbalist following traditional western paths using evidence based best practices.

Their research centers the intersection of the endocannabinoid and gastrointestinal systems focusing on IBD conditions which includes malnutrition, deranged motility, dysbiosis, and pain. Their practice grows out of personal experience having been diagnosed with Crohn’s in 2014 where a driving focus is on holistic disease mitigation and management in a trauma informed compassionate setting.
