The Mind-Nutrition-Body Revolution Monthly Membership Club was created because we are committed to giving you the tools you need for staying engaged in your health and wellness journey, no matter the challenges that may come your way. The Mind-Nutrition-Body Revolution Monthly Membership Club is geared to focus on all areas of life that may contribute to health and well-being, including both diet and lifestyle. Our coaching style focuses on behavioral changes needed to enact long-term, sustainable life changes through small attainable steps as a team. The overall goal is to empower you to reach your heath and wellness goals while encouraging healthy food relationships, enjoyable movement, and body positive self-compassion in a non-judgemental space. When you join one of the offered memberships below you are signing on to connect, and support each other because we are in this together!
Choose the level of membership that fits your current needs. Don't worry you can transition between membership types as needed, all we ask is that you stay connected! You can choose between the Basic membership which is group contact only or select a LEVEL membership with one or two monthly 1:1 sessions.

30 Minute 1:1 Meet and Greet Session
Mind-Nutrition- Body Group Coaching Sessions via Zoom
No matter what monthly program you choose there will be a 30 minute individual meet and greet before starting with the group-- to make sure this is truly for you!
Group Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the Month at 7pm EST
